The Energetic Treatment Experience
In Energetic Reflexology, I integrate three techniques: Reflexology, Reiki, and Theta Healing.
A thorough and gentle reflexology massage effectively alleviates blockages in the reflex points of the feet, which are interconnected via meridian energy channels to various organs within the body.
This way, reflexology massage helps deliver nutrients and healing substances to the target organs, as well as hormones that promote relaxation and pain relief. Reflexology massage also helps in clearing waste and toxins out of the body through the skin, kidneys, liver and intestines.
During intervals between reflexology massages, I channel Reiki energy to the feet. Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy of love and healing. It flows through the body via energy channels called meridians, supporting and nurturing wherever the body and mind need it most.
Throughout the session, I channel Reiki energy through my hands to your feet, allowing the energy to resonate throughout your body, bringing calmness, peace and healing.
At the same time as sending Reiki, I combine Theta Healing. I establish a connection with the Creator of All That Is, gently calling upon its support for the therapeutic journey and facilitating profound, beneficial changes for you.
I ask to channel unconditional love directly from the Creator of All That Is, from the highest realm. This special energy envelops everyone in the therapeutic space, making them feel constantly loved, embraced and safe, fostering a sense of belonging and a deeper connection with themselves.
After just one session, or a series of five Energetic Reflexology treatments, you may already feel calmer, more relaxed, and at peace. Some clients have shared that they experience positive changes in anxiety, mood swings, stress levels, and trouble sleeping. They feel more balanced, and relief is evident in their overall well-being.
Payment is made at the end of the treatment.
Payment options include cash, bank transfer, or using the PayID payment app.
For a five-treatment package, payment is due for each treatment on the same day it is received.

I will arrive at your house on the agreed date and time with a small folding seat, a clean towel for your feet, and cream. During the treatment, you will lie on your sofa, a fold-up couch, or your bed.
If you want, listen a playlist of your favourite songs during the treatment.
If this is your first treatment with me, you will be asked to fill out a short health questionnaire.
This helps me understand your physical or emotional concerns and and will help me understand your expectations. After completing the questionnaire, we'll begin the Energetic Reflexology treatment.
During the treatment, I use Energetic Reflexology, combining reflexology with Reiki and Theta Healing energies to the feet. The energies spread gently throughout the body, providing a pleasant, non-invasive healing experience. You'll feel a gentle, warm massage and positive energies. After the treatment, these magical energies will continue to support you through sleep and into the next day, giving you strength.

You don’t need to be spiritual, have any prior knowledge, or believe in anything for the treatment to work. All that’s required is to simply surrender to the reflexology session- to feel the energy flowing through your body, breathe, and unwind. We’ll be in a safe and supportive space, free of judgement. The aim is to help you feel good within yourself and release any excess stress you may be carrying.
Energetic Reflexology treatments are not covered by insurance companies in Australia. However, many of my clients choose to attend regularly due to the significant benefits for their well-being, health, and relaxation. A discounted treatment packages is also available.
Absolutely! You can treat a friend, your mother, your daughter, or even a couple, with a gift voucher from me. At this stage, vouchers for men only aren’t available.
Choose between a one-hour Energetic Reflexology session for $110, or a 75-minute session for $130. The voucher is valid for six months and can either be picked up in a gift envelope or sent straight to your email or phone as a digital copy.
Theta Healing, developed by Vianna Stibal in the USA, is an energy treatment using theta brainwaves to access the subconscious while you're awake, replacing blocking beliefs with positive ones.
During an Energetic Reflexology treatment, I use various energetic techniques from Theta Healing. These include staying in a space of unconditional love, requesting that you will experience the most accurate treatment for you at this time, fostering positive changes, and gaining a higher perspective when needed on your situation.
These techniques enhance the therapeutic process, providing additional strength and calmness. You'll leave feeling supported emotionally and energetically, tailored to your needs, alongside the manual therapy of reflexology on the feet.
Reiki is an ancient healing method rediscovered in the late 19th century by Japanese monk Dr. Mikao Usui. Reiki means universal life force energy, containing infinite wisdom to bring balance, healing, and harmony to your body where needed. This gentle, non-invasive method involves the therapist placing hands over the patient's clothed body to transmit healing energy.
